REACTIVE MAINTENANCE
By reactive maintenance we mean the maintenance that is only carried out at that moment because it has actually already presented a problem.
By reactive maintenance we mean the maintenance that is only carried out at that moment because it has actually already presented a problem.
By proactive maintenance we mean maintenance work that is carried out preventively on the basis of knowledge.
By predictive maintenance, we mean maintenance based on the actual condition of the equipment using the Internet of Things (IoT).
The information processed by CM-Connect comes from many types of sensors. CM-Connect can connect various sensors as standard, other sensors are also possible on request. The hardware of CM-Connect can process both analog and digital (MODbus RTU and TCP/IP) sensors.
There are also extensive options for applying sensors that deliver the information to CM-Connect via the LORA network.
In the back office of CM-Connect, the measured quantities are converted into the unit that is processed and displayed.
Connection options: Analogue, Digital (Modbis TPU and TCP/IP), LORA and IO-link is in preparation.

By applying sensoring and monitoring to our installations, we are able to detect deviations at an early stage and take action. This creates more peace within our organization and we can deliver more quality. In addition, the CMData product is brand-independent, which makes it widely applicable on our installations.
With CM-Connect we are able to (efficiently) check the condition of a drive and thus minimize unplanned downtime. We also prevent ’too early’ maintenance because overhauls can be carried out at a later time. This gives peace of mind to the planning and Technical Service of our customers.
