REACTIVE MAINTENANCE
By reactive maintenance we mean the maintenance that is only carried out at that moment because it has actually already presented a problem.
By reactive maintenance we mean the maintenance that is only carried out at that moment because it has actually already presented a problem.
By proactive maintenance we mean maintenance work that is carried out preventively on the basis of knowledge.
By predictive maintenance, we mean maintenance based on the actual condition of the equipment using the Internet of Things (IoT).
By predictive maintenance we mean the maintenance that is done based on the actual condition of the equipment using the Internet of Things (IoT). By placing sensors that read the data from equipment and then analyze this data, you can perform maintenance when it is necessary, not too early, such as preventive maintenance, and certainly not too late, such as with reactive maintenance.
Many disruptions can be predicted in advance (predictive maintenance). By measuring the equipment, collecting the data and the final analysis, it can be determined whether or not maintenance is required.
By applying sensoring and monitoring to our installations, we are able to detect deviations at an early stage and take action. This creates more peace within our organization and we can deliver more quality. In addition, the CMData product is brand-independent, which makes it widely applicable on our installations.
With CM-Connect we are able to (efficiently) check the condition of a drive and thus minimize unplanned downtime. We also prevent ’too early’ maintenance because overhauls can be carried out at a later time. This gives peace of mind to the planning and Technical Service of our customers.
